October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Since 2002, Hooters has been an active participant in the fight against breast cancer, raising over $8.7 million to support the cause. This year, we're once again combining forces with The V Foundation for Cancer Research. And you can help.

The V Foundation for Cancer Research was founded in 1993 by ESPN and the late Jim Valvano, legendary North Carolina State University basketball coach and ESPN commentator. The V Foundation has funded nearly $400 million in game-changing cancer research grants nationwide through a competitive process strictly supervised by a world-class Scientific Advisory Committee. Because the V Foundation has an endowment to cover administrative expenses, 100% of direct donations is awarded to cancer research and programs. HMC Hospitality Group Inc. will donate all proceeds from the endowment cards, $1.00 per eligible drink purchased from October 1 through October 31, 2025, $1.00 per calendar purchased beginning 10/1/25, and all customer donations made through rounding up via check or otherwise in restaurants from October 1 through October 31, 2025, to support breast cancer research. All donations from customers or eligible purchases made in restaurants throughout the U.S. will go to the Hooters Community Endowment Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") with a minimum of 75% of donations received by the Fund being granted to the V Foundation. Donations to the Fund can also be made online at hooters.com/give.
